Delivery Within Spain

Delivery costs within Spain is 6,50€(Vat incl.) Goods delivered within 24-48hours (Work days).

If the total value of goods you order exceeds 100€, then shipping is FREE of charge.

Within Euope 15€ (VAT incl.)Free shipping for orders above 200€

Portugal 8€

Additional costs for Cash on Delivery.

Other European countries goods are sent via Post Office and has a tracking number which will be given to all customers at time of delivery.

We aim to deliver in stock items within 24/48 hours working days if you order before 1700 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)within the Peninsula, Spain .

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this estimated delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

 

Exchange / Return

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy:

Prior to Delivery

Contacting our customer services team, quoting your order reference number, by email at pedidos@funkykids.es.

After Delivery

You may cancel your order or exchange (any part of it) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so contact our customer support team, quoting your order reference number, by email at pedidos@funkykids.es to cancel or exchange your order (any part of it), in the same shipping packaging and method of receipt and the returned package is to include a prepaid, self-addressed satchel for replacement items.
